The top layer of thick wool ensures warmth and comfort, while the polyethylene rubber layer provides extra shock absorption and maximum comfort when walking and running. The bottom layer of aluminum insulates the foot from moisture and reflects heat back to the foot and body, so you stay warm longer. The insert fits all closed shoes, sizes 33–45, and can be easily cut for a perfect fit.
